How to Reserve a Pair (Once Drops Start)

See a pair you like on the website or Instagram.
DM @defectdropsuk with the pair name and your size.
We’ll reply with condition details, price, and shipping options.
If you’re happy, payment and shipping are confirmed directly.

Defect & Returns Info

Every pair that appears on Defect Drops will have some kind of factory defect or cosmetic flaw. The aim is to make that clear up front so there are no surprises when they arrive.

Defect Levels

Minor defects: small glue marks, light stitching issues, minor colour differences.
Box damage: ripped lids, crushed corners or replacement boxes.
Visible flaws: anything more obvious will be photographed and mentioned clearly.

Refunds & Returns (Launch Rules)

No refunds for defects that were clearly shown and described before you paid.
Refunds or replacements will be considered if the pair is not authentic or a wrong item is sent.
Any issues must be raised as soon as the pair is delivered, with photos.
